  The problem of refrigerated centrifuge cleaning has always been a headache for the majority of users, because the cleaning relationship is related to the maintenance of the product. Good cleaning is the main reason for effectively maintaining and prolonging the service life of the machine. When the main power indicator is not lit, check the indicator fuse. And whether the fuse of the indoor switchboard is blown, and check whether the power cord is in good contact. If the fuse is broken, the fuse should be replaced and the circuit should be kept clear. Also check the vacuum pump gauge and oil pressure indication value. If the oil pressure is too high and the main engine cannot start, it is necessary to check whether the oil passages are blocked, especially if the throttle orifice is unblocked. If it is not smooth, it should be cleaned to make it smooth. If the bearing is damaged or the rotation is blocked, there is no oil in the bearing or there is more dirt in the bearing, which causes the frictional resistance to increase. If the motor does not reach the rated speed, the bearing should be cleaned or replaced in time.
  The refrigerated centrifuge should be removed from the mains plug for a long period of time or when servicing. Otherwise, the instrument will be charged, especially when it is repaired. In order to protect the refrigeration compressor, the refrigerating centrifuge must be separated from the energization interval by more than 3 minutes, otherwise the compressor will be damaged. When the rotor is not in use, it should be taken out from the centrifugal chamber, cleaned and dried with a neutral detergent solution in time to prevent chemical corrosion and stored in a dry and ventilated place. It is not allowed to scrub the rotor with a non-neutral cleaner. It is not allowed to blow (dry) the dry rotor with electric hot air. A small amount of grease should be applied to the center hole of the refrigerated centrifuge rotor. When using the refrigerated centrifuge rotor, be sure to set the rotor number correctly. If the rotor number is set incorrectly. This can cause the rotor to overspeed or fail to achieve the desired centrifugation. In particular, the use of speeding may cause a vicious accident in which the rotor bursts, and it must not be negligent.
  The centrifuge tube provided in the refrigerated centrifuge is filled with the substances to be separated and inserted into the pores of the centrifuge head. The refrigerated centrifuge is to further study biochemistry, separate a large amount of material, clean the refrigerated centrifuge chamber and rotor, and dry the condensed water in the chamber. After use, open the door until the chamber returns to normal temperature and balance before centrifugation. After sample and centrifugation, pay attention to disinfection and sterilization, pre-cool the rotor if necessary, maintain and store the rotor, and pay attention to protect the counting ring at the bottom.
  The refrigerating centrifuge uses refrigeration when it is running. It is frosted in the centrifugal chamber due to the moisture of the air, and is frosted into water after the shutdown. There is no drainage hole, and the water in the centrifugal chamber is more and more accumulated. At this point, the user should remove the rotor and clean up the accumulated water. When reinstalling the rotor, be sure to install it to avoid accidents. Aluminum alloys are not corroded: refrigerated centrifuge rotors are generally made of aluminum alloy, which, when corroded, have reduced strength and are prone to accidents. The aluminum alloy is susceptible to liquid corrosion. After cleaning, it is blown dry with a hair dryer, or inverted for a period of time to confirm that it can be used. Some refrigerated centrifuges have imported blood centrifuges, and there are 6 plastic trays in 6 aluminum cups. The plastic tray should be placed in a blood bag to avoid direct placement in the aluminum cup. Note the test tube for cracks. If the test tube (especially the test tube used repeatedly) has cracks, it must not be used. Otherwise, the test tube rupture will cause the rotor to lose its balance during rotation, which may cause a vicious accident such as broken shaft.
