Causes the centrifuge to stop automatically

Centrifuges are widely used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and are indispensable equipment. Their development momentum has been fierce. Centrifuges are widely used in the medical field, and blood separation, virus research, DNA research, and drug purification are widely used in centrifuges. Centrifugation is the use of a powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge rotor to accelerate the sedimentation velocity of the particles in the liquid, separating the sedimentation coefficients and buoyancy-density materials in the sample. The safety of the centrifuge during operation has become the primary requirement for selection.
When the centrifuge is working, it is running at high speed. Pay attention to safety when using it. Do the following points, the centrifuge will not be bad for decades!
  1. When the centrifuge is in the pre-cooling state, the centrifuge lid must be closed. After the centrifugation is finished, the rotor should be placed on the test bench and the residual water in the chamber should be dried. The centrifuge lid is open.
  2. Turn on the machine once a week, put a rotor and run at low speed to ensure the centrifuge is normal.
  3. Regularly place the level on the centrifugal shaft or the centrifuge body to see if it is level. If it is not flat, it must be adjusted.
  4. After each use of the centrifuge, the rotor must be removed immediately.
  5. Regularly change the oil to the vacuum pump and the diffusion pump to make the vacuum system operate normally.
  6. Each time you use a centrifuge, you must make a detailed record and make a count every year. For the ultra-speed centrifuge, the whole machine and the rotor used have a certain life, the whole machine is guaranteed to be 16 billion rpm, the aluminum rotor can be used 1000 times, 2500h, the knives can be used 5000 times, 10000h, if it reaches the life, it must be downgraded. Or slow down.
  7. The main accessories of the centrifuge are the rotor and the centrifuge tube. They should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions. Usually, they should be cleaned, disinfected and maintained. If the rotor is at the bottom of the centrifuge, the bottom of the centrifuge tube or the wall is obvious. Cracks cannot be used.
  8. The rotors of different manufacturers can not be mixed, it should be used together, otherwise it will reduce the life of the rotor and even damage the centrifuge.
  9. As long as the centrifuge is carefully maintained, observe the operating status, listen to the sound, early diagnosis, and instant processing, the centrifuge can be used to maximize efficiency.

Centrifuges

In daily life, we will find that the centrifugal machine automatically stops. What caused it?
  1. Electrical failure. If such a situation is determined, the electrical maintenance personnel should be contacted promptly to inspect and dispose of the electrical parts.
  2. When the motor overheats to cause the thermal protector to trip, it may also cause the centrifuge to park. At this time, it is necessary to take the time to contact the maintenance personnel for disposal.
  3. The overload of the slurry makes the torque arm control device automatically disengage from the automatic protection work, which may cause the centrifuge to park. At this time, the operator must turn the torque arm clockwise by hand. If there is no obstruction, close the torque arm, drive from the head, and adjust the feeding amount; if there is any obstacle, remove the small end cap and flush with water. Rotate the belt back and forth until it is confirmed that there is no material in the drum to rotate and then start driving. It is also possible to check whether the centrifuge feed opening is blocked by the material according to the site conditions. If the blockage is severe, the equipment load will be too large, which may cause the centrifuge to automatically park. At this time, the material discharge port must be cleaned immediately, the accumulated material should be removed, and the drum should be cleaned up to confirm that it has been cleaned and cleaned before starting from the beginning.
The centrifuge has a cylinder that rotates at a high speed about its own axis, called a drum, which is usually driven by an electric motor. After the suspension (or emulsion) is added to the drum, it is rapidly driven to rotate at the same speed as the drum, and the components are separated under the action of centrifugal force and discharged separately. Generally, the higher the drum speed, the better the separation.
